Volunteer Coordinator
Volunteer Position | Hybrid | 3–5 Hours Weekly
Help connect people to purpose and strengthen the volunteer culture of Faith & Freedom America.
The Volunteer Coordinator plays an important role in recruiting, onboarding, encouraging, and supporting volunteers across the ministry. This role helps ensure every volunteer feels equipped, connected, valued, and empowered to serve with excellence as we advance the mission together.
What You’ll Do
Help recruit and onboard new volunteers
Connect volunteers to the right ministry teams and opportunities
Support volunteer communication and follow-up
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and volunteer records
Help foster a culture of unity, encouragement, and servant leadership
Who We’re Looking For
A committed follower of Jesus Christ
Passionate about serving people and building community
Organized, dependable, and people-oriented
Strong communicator with a welcoming and encouraging spirit
Able to help others feel seen, valued, and connected

Volunteer position
Approximately 3–5 hours per week
Hybrid role with some involvement at ministry events in the DFW area
12-month commitment preferred

About Faith & Freedom America - Tarrant County
Faith & Freedom America is a Dallas/Fort Worth-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to equipping believers to boldly live out their faith in every area of life — including culture, community, leadership, and civic engagement.
We believe the Church was never called to retreat from culture, but to be salt and light within it. Our mission is to strengthen the local Church, disciple believers, and help Christians engage the public square with biblical truth, conviction, wisdom, and grace.
Through initiatives such as Christ & Culture Nights, Civic Engagement Ministries, leadership development, outreach efforts, prayer initiatives, and strategic partnerships with churches and community leaders, Faith & Freedom America exists to help believers confidently navigate the intersection of faith and culture while remaining firmly grounded in God’s Word.
