About the Role
Social Media Manager
Volunteer Staff Position | Remote | 4–6 Hours Weekly
Lead the digital outreach and online presence of Faith & Freedom America.
The Social Media Manager helps oversee and strengthen the digital voice of Faith & Freedom America by creating gospel-centered content, promoting ministry initiatives, and engaging believers online. This role plays a key part in helping advance our mission to equip Christians to boldly live out their faith in the public square.
What You’ll Do
Create and oversee social media content across multiple platforms
Promote Christ & Culture Nights, outreach events, and ministry initiatives
Engage with followers and help build an active online community
Help lead digital strategy, scheduling, and campaign planning
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels
Collaborate with communications, outreach, and leadership teams
Who We’re Looking For
A committed follower of Jesus Christ
Passionate about faith, culture, and biblical truth
Strong communication and leadership skills
Creative, organized, and dependable
Experienced with social media platforms and content creation tools
Heart to use digital media to glorify Christ and strengthen the Church
Commitment
Volunteer leadership position
Approximately 4–6 hours per week
Remote (DFW area preferred)
12-month commitment preferred

Faith & Freedom America is a Dallas/Fort Worth-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to equipping believers to boldly live out their faith in every area of life — including culture, community, leadership, and civic engagement.
We believe the Church was never called to retreat from culture, but to be salt and light within it. Our mission is to strengthen the local Church, disciple believers, and help Christians engage the public square with biblical truth, conviction, wisdom, and grace.
Through initiatives such as Christ & Culture Nights, Civic Engagement Ministries, leadership development, outreach efforts, prayer initiatives, and strategic partnerships with churches and community leaders, Faith & Freedom America exists to help believers confidently navigate the intersection of faith and culture while remaining firmly grounded in God’s Word.
