Creative Director
Volunteer Leadership Position | Hybrid | Flexible Weekly Commitment
Lead the creative vision and visual storytelling of Faith & Freedom America.
The Creative Director provides leadership and oversight for the creative direction, branding, and visual communication of Faith & Freedom America. This role helps ensure all creative content — including graphics, video, photography, merchandise, events, and digital media — reflects excellence, clarity, consistency, and the mission of the ministry.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the creative vision and brand consistency of the organization
Collaborate with communications, marketing, media, and events teams
Help guide the development of graphics, video, photography, merchandise, and promotional materials
Support creative campaigns for Christ & Culture Nights, outreach efforts, and ministry initiatives
Help develop systems, templates, and creative standards for the ministry
Encourage and lead creative volunteers and contributors
Who We’re Looking For
A committed follower of Jesus Christ
Passionate about creativity, storytelling, and ministry impact
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Creative thinker with an eye for branding, design, and visual excellence
Experience in creative direction, branding, media, marketing, or design preferred
Able to balance creativity with mission clarity and organizational consistency
Commitment
Volunteer leadership position
Flexible weekly commitment based on ministry needs
Hybrid role with involvement at events and creative projects throughout the DFW area
12-month commitment preferred

Faith & Freedom America is a Dallas/Fort Worth-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to equipping believers to boldly live out their faith in every area of life — including culture, community, leadership, and civic engagement.
We believe the Church was never called to retreat from culture, but to be salt and light within it. Our mission is to strengthen the local Church, disciple believers, and help Christians engage the public square with biblical truth, conviction, wisdom, and grace.
Through initiatives such as Christ & Culture Nights, Civic Engagement Ministries, leadership development, outreach efforts, prayer initiatives, and strategic partnerships with churches and community leaders, Faith & Freedom America exists to help believers confidently navigate the intersection of faith and culture while remaining firmly grounded in God’s Word.
