Position Title: Director of Outreach & Events

Department/Team: County Leadership / Events & Outreach

Reports To: Chief Operations Officer (COO); works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Type: Volunteer Leadership Position (12-Month Commitment)

Estimated Commitment: 10–15 hours per month, including event planning, team coordination, and leadership meetings


Overview

The Director of Outreach & Events leads all outreach and event efforts for TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County, overseeing the design, planning, and execution of gatherings that unite believers and amplify the ministry’s mission across the county. This includes Freedom Nights, interest meetings, vision gatherings, and community-based events that equip and inspire the local Church to stand boldly for biblical truth and civic engagement. This is a volunteer leadership position, requiring both administrative skill and a servant’s heart. The Director ensures that every event reflects excellence, authenticity, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit—creating environments where believers are equipped, encouraged, and sent out to impact their spheres of influence.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, thrives on teamwork, and sees every event as a platform to advance the gospel and strengthen the Church.


Purpose of the Role

To create and lead countywide gatherings and outreach initiatives that align with TPUSA Faith’s mission—to see revival in the Church and reformation in culture. The Director of Outreach & Events ensures that every event is executed with excellence and purpose, serving as a catalyst for connection, discipleship, and civic engagement across Tarrant County.


Core Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all major TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County events, including Freedom Nights, Vision Gatherings, Faith Group launches, and outreach campaigns.

  • Recruit, equip, and lead event volunteers (Freedom Team, Special Events Team, Event Sound Team, and Event Photographers).

  • Collaborate with the Director of Communications to create promotional materials, manage sign-ups, and ensure alignment in branding and messaging.

  • Partner with the Worship Coordinator and Prayer Team to ensure each gathering is Spirit-led and Christ-centered.

  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, hospitality, registration, audio/visual coordination, and guest flow.

  • Develop and maintain an annual event calendar, budget, and post-event follow-up plan.

  • Foster partnerships with churches, organizations, and community leaders to expand reach and participation.

  • Gather metrics and testimonies from each event to evaluate impact and celebrate God’s work.

  • Maintain full compliance with TPUSA Faith’s 501(c)(3) nonpartisan standards and Code of Conduct.


Volunteer Commitment & Conduct

This is a volunteer leadership role requiring a 12-month commitment to ensure continuity and unity across ministry operations.

  • No salary or financial compensation is provided; approved ministry-related expenses may be reimbursed.

  • Members of the County Leadership Team agree to:

    • Serve faithfully, humbly, and with integrity—recognizing leadership as worship, not status.

    • Model biblical excellence and teamwork across all areas of ministry.

    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when representing TPUSA Faith.

    • Uphold TPUSA Faith’s Code of Conduct and nonpartisan ministry standards.


Qualifications
  • A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, active in a local, Bible-believing church.

  • Demonstrated experience in event coordination, ministry leadership, or project management.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

  • A heart for outreach, evangelism, and uniting the local body of Christ.

  • Passionate about seeing revival in the Church and biblical citizenship restored in the culture.
